PROFILE 01

Food Industry Practitioners and Government/Non-Government Agency Professionals (Including: QC/QA, PPIC, R&D, Nutritional Supervisors, and Food Data Analysts).

Graduates who are capable of comprehensively applying technical expertise, as well as analyzing and integrating scientific principles to design safe, high-quality, and efficient food processing systems.

PROFILE 02

Food Auditors & Regulators (Including: Food Safety Auditors, Halal Supervisors, and Food Regulation Specialists).

Graduates possessing integrity and a profound understanding of regulations, food safety, and the Halal Product Assurance System (HPAS) to ensure industry compliance with quality standards and Sharia principles.

PROFILE 03

Food Entrepreneurs (Foodpreneurs) (Including: Food Entrepreneurs and Food Consultants).

Graduates capable of applying logical, critical, and innovative thinking to solve problems and create independent, competitive food business opportunities.

Academics & Food Educators (Including: Educators and Research Assistants).

Graduates who posses excellent character, imbued with Islamic and Muhammadiyah values (AIK), who are capable of conducting scientific research and public education in the fields of food and nutrition.

Capable of internalizing Islamic and Muhammadiyah values to foster a pious personality as a moral foundation for consistently integrating academic ethics, discipline, and accountability, as well as embodying the principles of Pancasila in both professional and societal spheres.

Capable of analyzing profound theoretical concepts and principles regarding food chemistry and compositional analysis, food biochemistry, nutrition and health, and demonstrating an understanding of sensory evaluation methodologies.

Food Microbiology, Food Safety, & Food Process Engineering

Capable of analyzing profound theoretical concepts and principles regarding food microbiology and food safety, as well as food process engineering and processing technology.

Research, Scientific Methodology, & Product Development Design

Capable of identifying and evaluating problems, designing experiments, and conducting scientific method-based investigations to formulate complex food technology product development while considering health, safety, cultural, and sustainability factors.

Capable of designing and applying food quality assurance management principles in the industry, and demonstrating the ability to comply with and describe food regulatory and legislative frameworks applicable at both national and global levels.

Mastering and capable of comprehensively applying halal-thayyib food principles and the Halal Product Assurance System (HPAS) across the food industry supply chain.

Capable of formulating business ideas, applying entrepreneurial management principles, and developing Islamic technopreneurship projects in the food sector utilizing local resources.
